This rotten wood corner window cill at 9 Fife Court has now been covered over with paint multiple times and the work paid for at least twice.

The only acceptable solution is to replace the whole cill with new hardwood as originally specified.

Why should the HHGE Flat owners have to pay repeatedly for  the original sub-standard workmanship by Armour Hart Contractors.

Why should the HHGE Flat owners  have to pay repeatedly for the subsequent  paint over cover ups of the rotten wood by the HHGE Board.

The original work was not of the reasonable standard.

The follow up paint over was  not of reasonable standard.

The decorators, PMA Property Mangers and the HHGE Board members involved  who organized the work  and the subsequent cover up should be held to account for their incompetence and dishonesty.
