The last time 5 Hereford house was repaired and redecorated externally (paid for via the HHGE service charge) was in 2010-2011 by Armour Contracts Ltd run by Stephen Gary Pennington and organized by HHGE Directors Lloyd Paxton and Azad Ali.
The poor quality work was a disaster for the Hanger Hill Garden Estate flat owners and the sub-standard works carried out in 2011 bedevil the HHGE flats even today some 14 years later on.
Armour Contracts Ltd collapsed into administration in 2018 leaving net debts of £1.4 million.
