In the last five years 5 years there have been no improvements  at all in the management of the Hanger Hill Garden Estate.

  • The accounts are still 3 years overdue
  • Important Fire Safety recommendations have not been implemented.
  • Most of the windows still suffer from unrepaired wood rot.
  • There are multiple leaking gullies and drains causing internal damp
  • Asbestos  remediation  over 10 years overdue
