This defective scaffolding at Hereford House W3 OHX was erected on 17 September 2017 and has been unused for the last 10 days.
There are both health and safety concerns and security concerns with this scaffolding as listed below.
However the key question for HHGE Residents is WHO IS RESPONSIBLE ?
Is it KFH the Block Managers ?
Or is it the HHGE Directors headed by the Chairman Alun Rowlands ?
Where Health & safety is concerned it is extremely important to know who is responsible to reduce accidents.
Is it Alun Rowlands or one of London’s biggest residential property management businesses KFH?
We have reached out to both and will let you know as soon as we have an answer.
