Hanger Hill Garden Estate ; 3 years spending unaccounted for

As of  01 September  2025,  3 years Service Charge charge expenditure by the Hanger Hill Garden Estate Directors  remains unaccounted for.

The total amount of  money unaccounted for  must be in the region of £1.5 million or approximately  £6,000 per flat but as we don’t have any figures we don’t know.

Below is a list of the current Directors from Companies House database;

I will be reaching out to all of them to ask a number of questions concerning the Hanger Hill Garden Estate Service Charge accounts and the delays.
