PROBLEMS WITH THE WINDOWS ON THE HANGER HILL GARDEN ESTATE FLATS
The multiple problems with the windows that belong to the HHGE flats have at least four different origins.
In my personal opinion in order of importance these are;
1. Poor design
2. Substandard materials.
3. Lack of proper repair and regular maintenance
4. Lack of ventilation by the occupant
