9 years of neglect by the HHGE Board and PMA Block Management has had disastrous results for the occupants of ground floor flats on the Hanger Hill Garden Estate. Many of the these flats are damp with severe condensation problems. This gutter leak at above 2 Devon Court has been ongoing for several years and has been reported repeatedly to the PMA Block Management and the HHGE Board most recently in August 2020 but the leak continues. The resulting damp condensation to Flat #2 is shown in the photo below.
