This window frame had already been painted as part of the 2020 External Works on the Hanger Hill Garden Estate. Complaints by the owner led to further investigations. Much of the painted wood is actually rotting from the inside out.
Furthermore the external rot extends into the inner window sill. To remove the rot BOTH inner and outer sills and frames need to be replaced.
