This broken downpipe was reported to Ian Collier, Lloyd Paxton and all the HHGE directors in November 2017. Despite the obvious damage caused by the leak this pipe had still not been repaired as at 19 July 2019. The photos in this article were taken on 11 August 2017 by Quentin Phillipps.
