On 12 December 2020 a visual survey showed that 6 out of the 10 gullies which collect the grey water (from baths, sinks showers etc) in the rear courtyard behind Perth House and Oxford Court were visibly cracked and leaking grey water into the surrounding soil.
As grey water is produced year round whatever the weather this means that the adjacent soil underneath the flats is permanently wet.
