On 9 August 2019 A resident of Oxford Court alleged that the leak stains illustrated above and below in the hall and stairway of 7-12 Oxford Court first appeared in December 2018 and had been reported to Olah at least 5 times. The extent of the stains are slowly expanding and doing increasing damage to the internal fabric of the building. I wonder if the HHGE Management keep records of all their call outs and repairs ?
