Oxford Court and Norfolk House: 6 out of 10 ground gullys leaking on 6 July 2019

Rear of Norfolk House and part of Oxford Court on 6 July 2019. 10 drainage ground gullys collect wastewater from 6 flats in Norfolk House and 18 flats in Oxford Court. On 6 July 2019 6 out of 10 gullys were leaking water into the surrounding flowerbeds.Although the gully looks sound there is water leaking into the surrounding flowerbed. Obviously the crack causing the leak is below ground level.The frame of this gully is cracked but there is no evidence of a water leak.This obviously relatively new gully appears to be sound.This gully is leaking so badly there is a permanent pool of water next to the frame.
